When you complete your reference, claim or UNCRC form, please sign it and send it in to the Additional Support Needs Tribunal, with any supporting information. You can do this by email or post to:

Remember to keep your own copy of everything you send.
Once the Additional Support Needs Tribunal receives your form, this will be passed to a case officer who will be your contact. The case officer will let you know what is happening and will check that the form has been provided within the correct time. The case officer will let you know if the Additional Support Needs Tribunal can deal with your reference or claim.
