Video on the Rights of Children

Researchers at the University of Edinburgh and University of Manchester have developed a short film to increase knowledge and awareness among parents and practitioners of new children’s rights legislation. Children aged 12-15 years with additional support needs have a right to make certain types of applications to the Additional Support Needs Tribunal.  This short film incorporates the perspectives of children and young people , education practitioners and various others including the Children and Young People's Commissioner for Scotland and the President.
