Your tribunal hearing about which school you should attend
Thank you for attending your hearing in Glasgow in June 2024 and for telling us what you thought about the three schools: school B, school A and school C.
It was really helpful to hear your answers to the questions we had. You told us that you would prefer to go to school C. You told us how important it is to have a quiet background with less noise and less people and how you are struggling to fit in at school. You thought school A was not right for you.
We decided that you should go to school C. We thought carefully about how far away this is from home but we decided that with your family supporting you, you could manage this.
We wish you well in the future.
(You pointed out that your name card was different to everyone else’s at the hearing, so we have changed that, so that everyone’s looks the same.)
